Installation Services

  • Engineers will survey the wall and agree with you the position of where your new screen is to be mounted.
  • The bracket will be mounted to the wall and to the screen.
  • All connecting leads and cables concealed according to the customer requirement agreed at the time of installation request. Engineer will carefully mount and secure your screen on to the wall.
  • There will be demonstration of the lcd/plasma screen and check of equipment working.
  • The site to be fully cleaned and tidied before the engineers leave.
  • Expert engineers will insure you are happy with the service and then you will be asked to sign off.

After your delivery date has been confirmed, one of our call centre team will contact you within two hours (during office hours) or within two hours of office opening times to agree an installation date.
At this stage the automated update system is activated. You will receive three text messages.

Example messages:

Message 1 will be received shortly after you have confirmed your appointment date with our call centre.

Message 2 will be received the day before your appointment date.

Message 3 will be received when the engineer is on route.
