To ensure complete peace of mind, Irish Lcd offer a home installation service for your new LCD or Plasma TV - to be installed by a 2-man team who will unpack the unit and check for damage, set up any stand or wall brackets if included and mount the TV, and RF tune or connect to an existing digibox. They will ensure that the TV works as specified obtain satisfactory sign-off before leaving the premises. This service does not include delivery.

   1. Engineers will survey the wall and agree with you the position of where your new screen is to be mounted.

   2. The bracket will be mounted to the wall and to the screen.

   3. All connecting leads and cables concealed according to the customer requirement agreed at the time of installation request. Engineer will carefully mount and secure your screen on to the wall.

   4. There will be demonstration of the lcd/plasma screen and check of equipment working.

   5. The site to be fully cleaned and tidied before the engineers leave.

   6. Expert engineers will insure you are happy with the service and then you will be asked to sign off.

Terms and Conditions Lead Times we can install to any address on main land Ireland. For remote areas e.g. Northern Ireland, there may be an additional installation charge and slightly longer lead-time. You will be informed of any extra charge at the point of booking the service with our call centre. The installation service can be provided either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your place of work. A signature will be required by you or a person you have nominated at the time the installation is completed. This is to confirm that you are happy with the service and that the installation has been carried out to your satisfaction. Delivery of service Installation lead times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays). In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days. From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to deliver your chosen address. Installation to you address maximum of within 10 working days. Installations to remote locations may take longer. IMPORTANT: we do everything we can to meet the installation time specified in this section, however occasionally installation times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. After-sales Service and Guarantees All our installations are covered by a 12-month guarantee; if a fault occurs with the installation you have received, please contact our customer services team on +35361591342 or email customerservice@irishlcd.ie If you request a revisit by one of our engineers and your product is found to be at fault rather than the installation, you may be charged for the visit. Texting service: during the course of the installation booking process you will receive 3 text messages to your mobile phone free of charge. FAQ Q: Where should I hang my new screen? A: There is no set place to hang a screen but it is recommended to hang it at about 1 meter high, so that your eye is level with the centre when you are sitting watching it. Q: How long does it take to install my screen? A: Most surface installs take about 90 minutes but custom install could take several hours. Q: What happens if my leads are not long enough? A: If the need should arise all our engineers do have a range of connecting leads, so they can always ensure your screen will be fitted and working before they leave your home. Q: I am not sure how my new screen works; can your engineers help me? A: We Can Fit engineers have years of experience with TVs and of course before they leave they will give you a full demo.
